On August 13, 2024, Ms. Thanphicha Theeraratchanon, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 2, and ROAE2 officers joined the field visit of the Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (Ms. Thanyathitha Bunyamanikul) and her team to follow up on the longan production situation, as well as the operations of the large-scale plots, and support the longan production of farmers at the longan large-scale plot in Nong Tong Subdistrict, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province, with Ms. Rattana Chanthakam as the chairwoman of the large-scale farmer group.

In the afternoon, traveled to the Hill Coffee Integrated Learning Center, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, to study the management of environmentally friendly coffee grounds, the coffee production process, the coffee tasting activity (Cupping) to find the coffee character, and listen to a briefing on the center's operations in promoting research, transforming coffee into other products (Jump out of the cups), and environmentally friendly waste management, with executives and officers from the Office of the Secretary of the Department, the Agricultural Information Center, the Agricultural Policy and Development Planning Division, and the Evaluation Center, and ROAE1, 2, 6, 7, 9, and 12 also joined in following up on the field visit this time.
